You may return any item purchased online from School Bus Clothing. Returned items may be exchanged for any item in the store provided that the Return Conditions below are met. If the item chosen is of higher value, the price difference must be paid at the time of the exchange. If of lower value, the price difference is forfeited. Please be advised that all returned items shall be evaluated to confirm its condition.
1. You have ten (10) days to return an item from the date it was purchased.
2. Your item must be accompanied by the sales invoice/delivery form before any return may be evaluated for processing.
3. Returned items must be unused and in its original packaging (with tags intact).
4. Your item may only be returned/exchanged once unless the return is due to manufacturing defect.
Your item may be exchanged for any item in the store:
1. If the item has a manufacturing defect; or
2. For change of size and item
